About Us

 Aging in Place Home Solutions is a division of Valley One Renovations Ltd.  As owner, Peter Segaric has been providing homeowners with quality renovation services in British Columbia for over 25 years.  Peter and his wife Laurel decided to focus on a new direction for Valley One Renovations Ltd, specifically to serve the special renovation needs of elderly and disabled people.

Peter saw through his experience working in hospitals and retirement communities that the features available in those facilities, if installed in a home, could allow people to continue to live independently for much longer; thus saving up to $3000-$5000 per month.  

An aging population has led to limited space in retirement communities, but it has also led to a proliferation of services such as in-home nursing care (like that provided by our recommended partner Comfort Keepers), in-home occupational therapy (provided by our recommended partner Seasons Health Therapies), and various other home support services.  When these services are combined with home renovations from Aging in Place Home Solutions, seniors can live independently far longer than they may have thought possible.
